Paname Run Club

Paname Run Club

Paris, France

Paname Run Club (PRC) is Paris’s social running crew for all paces, all vibes, and all people. Founded in 2022, PRC turns the city into a playground with two signature weekly runs: the high-energy Mardisco Run on Tuesday nights — an 8 km party on the move with music and post-run DJ sets — and the laid-back Coffee Run on Sunday mornings, ending at one of Paris’s best cafés. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, you’ll find an inclusive, friendly community ready to welcome you. Scenic routes, great conversation, and unforgettable post-run hangs are all part of the experience.

Paris Running Club

Paris, France

Paris Running Club is a pioneering urban running crew founded in 2008 by Jay Smith alongside NIKELAB and Black Rainbow. Originally created to help beginners complete a 10K, it has evolved into a creative, energy-fueled community that celebrates Paris’s streets as its playground. Every Tuesday evening, runners gather in pace-defined groups (Cool, Mid, Hard) from iconic urban hubs like NIKELAB, weaving through the city’s architecture, riversides, and illuminated boulevards. With around 130 active members, PRC is less about speed and more about vibrancy—high-energy runs, inclusive vibes, and a passion for blending movement with city culture.

Adventure run clubs redefine the running experience by turning every outing into an exploration. These groups embrace the spirit of discovery, using running as a vehicle to uncover hidden trails, secret viewpoints, and unexplored neighborhoods. Rather than following the same routes week after week, adventure clubs prioritize variety and spontaneity, making each run a unique journey that feeds both body and soul. The ethos of adventure running extends beyond simply covering distance - it's about engaging with the environment, whether that means trail running through forests, urban exploring through city streets, or destination runs to local landmarks. Many clubs organize special adventure runs like sunrise summit attempts, full moon trail runs, or point-to-point journeys ending at interesting locations. Some incorporate elements like geocaching, photography challenges, or historical tours, adding layers of engagement beyond the physical act of running. These clubs attract curious, open-minded runners who value experience over pace. The unpredictable nature of adventure runs - varying terrains, distances, and destinations - builds versatile, adaptable runners. Members develop navigation skills, learn to run by feel rather than watch, and discover a deeper connection to their surroundings. The shared adventures create lasting memories and stories, bonding members through unique experiences that traditional running clubs might never provide.
