About Paname Run Club
Paname Run Club (PRC) is Paris’s social running crew for all paces, all vibes, and all people. Founded in 2022, PRC turns the city into a playground with two signature weekly runs: the high-energy Mardisco Run on Tuesday nights — an 8 km party on the move with music and post-run DJ sets — and the laid-back Coffee Run on Sunday mornings, ending at one of Paris’s best cafés. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, you’ll find an inclusive, friendly community ready to welcome you. Scenic routes, great conversation, and unforgettable post-run hangs are all part of the experience.
Detailed Schedule
Tuesday — Mardisco Run: 7:30 PM, ~8 km through central Paris with music and post-run DJ/social. Sunday — Coffee Run: 10:00 AM, 5–7 km easy pace, ending at a local café for coffee and pastries. All runs are no-drop (nobody left behind) with pace groups if needed. Routes vary weekly to explore different neighborhoods, river paths, and landmarks. Follow @paname_run on Instagram or check Heylo for exact meeting spots, special themed runs, and collaborations with other crews.

What to Expect
A welcoming, high-energy community where runs feel like events. Tuesday’s Mardisco Run is a moving street party — music, lights, and an 8 km loop past Paris’s most iconic spots, with a DJ or social gathering at the end. Sunday’s Coffee Run is a scenic 5–7 km cruise at a relaxed pace, ending in a café with coffee and pastries. All runs are no-drop, with varied paces so everyone stays together. Expect smiles, conversation, and the feeling that you’ve just joined a crew, not just a club.
Leadership
Founded in 2022 by a collective of Paris-based runners passionate about combining sport, culture, and connection. The PRC team handles routes, pacing, music, and post-run events, ensuring every session is as much about community as it is about the kilometers.
